Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Mexico seeks an Analyst Project & Program Manager to lead Risk & Compliance transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping plans and directing projects across the RNC change agenda for the region, including global initiatives and the order book.

You will coordinate programmes, manage budgets, dependencies and reporting to senior management, and help build regional delivery capability while ensuring governance and risk controls align with the Three

Qualifications

• Outstanding knowledge of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, political and competitor dynamics.
• Experience with transformation projects, especially in financial crime compliance across dimensions.
• Proven track record collaborating with senior managers across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Develop long and short term plans for the Country and LAM aligned to the Risk and Compliance Transformation strategy.
• Support leadership to manage and lead change through priority programmes.
• Coordinate country and regional transformation programmes and build change capability.
• Plan, design and estimate with delivery partners, manage dependencies across projects.
• Ensure regional programmes have adequate support and resources.
• Workforce planning for regional resources and build capabilities.
• Drive portfolio and pipeline management for the region.
• Oversee regional portfolio monitoring, escalate risks and issues.
• Adhere to governance standards and Three Lines of Defence.
• Escalate compliance risks and support a strong compliance culture.
