Victaulic in Chihuahua is seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team. In this role you’ll ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and drive continuous improvement within the production area.

You will work closely with key partners to maintain quality records, follow scrap and rework, archive raw material certificates, and support ongoing improvement projects while developing skills in measurement tools, audits, statistics and Lean manufacturing.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience using measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience conducting audits.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on scrap reports to support quality monitoring within the production area.
• Record and store rework generated in the area to maintain accurate quality records.
• Maintain and archive raw material certificates to support documentation and traceability.
• Track continuous improvement projects to support progress and completion.
• Follow up on and release raw materials for the area in accordance with applicable quality requirements.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
