Victaulic is seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to join the Chihuahua production quality team. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and drive continuous improvement within the production area, collaborating with key partners to maintain quality documentation and support quality initiatives.

The role focuses on scrap monitoring, rework recording, material certificate maintenance, and traceability, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience using measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience conducting audits.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on scrap reports to support quality monitoring within the production area.
• Record and store rework generated in the area to maintain accurate quality records.
• Maintain and archive raw material certificates to support documentation and traceability.
• Track continuous improvement projects to support progress and completion.
• Follow up on and release raw materials for the area in accordance with applicable quality requirements.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
