Construction Specialities Group in Mexico is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QA and QMS program, define inspection plans, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and internal standards.

You will monitor production metrics, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, supervise audits, manage corrective actions, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to prevent defects and deliver consistent quality.

Formación

• Knowledge of ERP systems (D365, BPCS, etc.) is required.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience; certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015.
• Ability to monitor production metrics and perform performance analysis.
• Financial knowledge and experience in budget management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Data‑driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the QA and QMS team.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of receipt, process, and finished product inspection plans; validate acceptance criteria and release of products.
• Monitor key quality indicators, analyze trends, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce defects.
• Lead investigations of nonconformities, customer claims, and supplier failures; implement CAPAs and verify effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits; ensure compliance with regulations and traceability.
• Establish quality requirements for suppliers and manage technical communications with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Maintenance and Management to prevent quality risks and support launches/NPIs.
