Vertiv in Mexicali, MX seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to lead quality systems and ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance across manufacturing operations, collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain.

You will drive CAPA, perform audits, manage PFMEA/PPAP, utilize SPC and MSA, mentor QA staff, and report KPIs to leadership to sustain a culture of continuous improvement and defect reduction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal, process, product, and supplier audits.
• Act as primary quality contact for customers and lead investigations.
• Drive CAPA to closure and verify effectiveness.
• Monitor process capability and product performance using SPC and other tools.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to improve quality.
