Victaulic is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Chihuahua, Mexico site. You will lead production personnel, monitor safety, quality, and delivery, and drive 5S compliance while resolving equipment and process issues to keep lines running smoothly.

You will manage safety, quality, and productivity metrics, implement corrective actions for rejections, and ensure discipline and attendance across shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of injection molding machines.
• Strong personnel management skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production targets and on-time delivery.
• Prepare overtime requests and coordinate shift changes.
• Attend supervisor metrics meetings and follow up on actions.
• Participate in safety training, review risk analyses, and conduct Toolbox Talks.
