Varicent, a leading provider of Sales Performance Management software, is seeking a Senior CRM and Revenue Tech Lead in Mexico City. You will own the revenue tech stack, optimize CRM workflows, and drive data governance across Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and Ringlead to improve lead routing, forecasting, and seller productivity.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design scalable GTM processes, maintain data quality, handle vendor relations, and educate the GTM team on

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years hands-on CRM administration (Salesforce) covering objects, flows, permissioning, and lifecycle design.
• 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation.
• Interface with vendors and manage renewals.
• Promote interoperability between core tools and improve integrations.
• Lead CRM data hygiene and Salesforce workflow improvements.
• Build and maintain automated lead routing and enrichment workflows in Ringlead.
