Varicent is seeking a seasoned RevTech/CRM administrator to own and optimize the revenue tech stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will implement platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation, and manage tools like Gong, Clari, and Ringlead.

You will collaborate with Salesforce admins to maintain CRM data integrity and drive automated lead routing and enrichment. This fully remote role requires EST business hours and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years hands-on CRM administration (Salesforce).
• 2+ years in cross-system integrations and data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee revenue tech stack management, including forecasting and automation platforms.
• Manage key tools such as Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo and Ringlead; coordinate vendor renewals.
• Align core tools, improve interoperability, and evaluate stack for consolidations.
• Educate GTM teams on workflows and new features to boost adoption.
• Partner with Salesforce admins to optimize CRM data flows and hygiene.
• Own lead management processes and automated routing in CRM.
• Support marketing campaigns to ensure lead quality and ownership.
