Osmind is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own the GTM stack, including CRM workflows, pipelines, and dashboards. You will ensure data accuracy across deal, product, and revenue records while enabling scalable processes.

You will design and ship automation with a focus on speed, accuracy, and long-term reliability, collaborating with sales, finance, and customer success to shape the revenue engine.

Formación

• 2–4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
• Experience scaling operations in fast-paced startups (Series A–C preferred).
• CRM experience with Salesforce and HubSpot; built workflows, pipelines, dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Ability to design durable processes before automating them.

Responsabilidades

• Own GTM systems: CRM, workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and data hygiene.
• Maintain revenue data and reporting: dashboards for leadership and finance; reconcile contracts vs. collections.
• Run deal desk operations: intake, routing, approvals, rate tables, templates.
• Build outbound targeting lists and maintain data quality for campaigns.
• Design processes and automation with AI emphasis; document how systems actually work.
• Create documentation and enablement materials for cross-team usage.
