Job summary

RealAdvisor S.A. is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to help build and scale our revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will ensure our systems, data, and processes are clear, reliable, and scalable for a 200+ person commercial organization.

This fully remote role offers high impact, cross-country collaboration, and a clear path to Head of Revenue Operations as we grow internationally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Revenue Ops or data-driven roles.
• Strong SQL skills; Python or TypeScript a plus.
• Experience with CRMs and data warehouses and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build automated workflows across CRM, marketing, and CS tools.
• Analyze revenue data to support decisions and experiments.
• Identify patterns in lead performance, conversion, churn, and renewals.
• Own and improve CRM (Close) and data quality across teams and countries.
• Build dashboards for leadership and teams with KPI visibility.
