Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines — from sourcing and outreach through onboarding — to grow the Alignerr contributor network.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand contributor supply across target segments and geographies.
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure growth experiments move from idea to execution efficiently.
• Create clear documentation for repeatable processes and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct competitive and market research to surface new growth opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and campaign analysis with structured data collection and reporting.
