FedEx Group in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a customer service-focused professional to support front-line operations and office-based tasks. The role emphasizes parcel tracing, dispatch support, and direct customer interaction to meet service standards.

You will engage in branch operations, assist customers, and identify new business opportunities while contributing to efficient budgeting and task coordination.

Formación

• High School degree/Equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties with direct/indirect customer interface.
• Trace packages and answer questions about FedEx products and services by phone and in person.
• Verify labels, content legality, weight/size, wrapping, insurance values, hazmat rules, and customs docs.
• Assist budgeting and resource optimization to improve branch profitability.
• Open/close branch, maintain cleanliness and supplies, respect service hours.
• Identify new customers and opportunities, open accounts, arrange shipments and submit sales leads.
• Provide solutions to customer problems to ensure excellent experience.
• Adhere to processes and safeguard company values, avoid deviations and mishandling in WSC.
• Request supplies for daily documentation and packing.
• Principal responsibilities are the key duties.
