AE Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will maximize sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service and keeping the store neat and well-presented at all times.

You will role model AE values and Customer First behaviors, leverage loyalty programs, and support the store team while ensuring accurate register transactions and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive sales.
• Be knowledgeable about AE loyalty programs and inform customers.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge.
• Support coworkers and assist with customer interactions.
• Assist customers in selecting outfits and suggest trends.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized store environment.
• Handle merchandise from shipments and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
