You will handle merchandise, promote loyalty programs, operate the register, and collaborate with the management team to resolve issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance engagement and maximize sales.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
• Restock returned merchandise and label damaged items appropriately.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store leadership as needed.
