American Eagle Outfitters Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving daily sales. You will greet customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products with knowledge of AE brands.

As a team player, you will keep the store neat, support cash handling, participate in inventory and merchandising, and promote AE loyalty programs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean store environment and ensure safe presentation.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership on elevated issues.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
