AE Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, keep the store neat and well-presented, and model AE's Customer First values in every interaction.

You will learn product details, inform customers about loyalty programs, assist with styling, process transactions accurately, restock on schedule, and collaborate with the team to meet performance goals and maintain brand standards.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate company selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about loyalty programs to drive brand loyalty.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Assist customers in outfit styling using current trends and promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean store and back areas to ensure a safe, presentable environment.
• Handle merchandise from shipments to merchandising processes following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy while coordinating with store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
