American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Tijuana is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and maintaining a neat, inviting store environment.

You will use knowledge of AE loyalty programs and current promotions to assist customers with styling, complete transactions accurately, support teammates, and uphold brand standards across the floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Ability to receive feedback and take appropriate action.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all AEO loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage company tools and technology to confidently provide the customer with product knowledge which will enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends based on the customer’s style.
• Promote awareness and growth of the AE and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with cash control procedures.
• Maintain store environment by ensuring neatness and organization of sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Execute efficient handling of merchandise from shipments, floorsets and replenishment systems while following SOPs.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
