Mondelēz México seeks an experienced Retail Media practitioner to lead the media strategy for its local market. You will partner with marketing to execute media plans, evaluate performance, and optimize ROAS across retailers, marketplaces, and digital ecosystems.

You will also collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to scale learnings. The role emphasizes a test-and-learn mindset, bias to action, and strong communication to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, eCommerce, Commerce Marketing or Digital Media.
• Experience leading Retail Media strategies in Mexico with retailers, marketplaces and relevant digital ecosystems.
• Ability to influence regional and global stakeholders in FMCG/CPG environments.
