Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant based in Mexico to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on, individual contributor role requires travel of 30%+ and frequent collaboration with fashion and apparel retailers.

You will own end-to-end deployments from discovery and scope through testing, go-live and post-launch support, delivering practical solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Experience in fashion/apparel retail processes (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment).
• Ability to drive complex projects with strong delivery judgment and client presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
