Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Channel Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead category strategy across assigned channels, driving revenue growth, profitable demand generation, and customer engagement. You will own planning, prioritization, execution, and optimization of promotional investments aligned with sales objectives and brand strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 6–10 years in channel marketing or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience with promotional strategies that drive growth.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for ROI and margin analysis.
• Understanding of trade marketing, pricing, and channel economics.
• Experience managing promotional budgets and funds.
• Proven ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English (C1-C2).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute IC promotional strategies and annual calendars.
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional investments across products and channels.
• Design promotional frameworks, pricing strategies, bundles, and offers.
• Partner with Channel Account, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance on business cases.
• Analyze promotional performance and market trends to improve ROI.
• Establish KPIs and reporting processes for investment effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns and launches.
• Influence go-to-market strategies based on insights.
