You will plan, prioritize, execute, and optimize promotional investments aligned with sales objectives, brand strategy, and business priorities.

You will partner with Channel Account, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive promotional growth, evaluate investment effectiveness, and optimize programs

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in channel marketing or related roles.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ROI and investment evaluation experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management in English.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute IC promotional strategies and annual promotional calendars.
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional investments across products, categories, customers, and channel partners.
• Design promotional frameworks, pricing strategies, demand generation programs, bundles, incentives, and customer offers.
• Collaborate with Channel Account, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance on business cases and growth plans.
• Analyze promotional performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and competition to improve ROI.
• Establish KPIs, measurement methodologies, and reporting processes for ROI and impact.
• Monitor market conditions and channel dynamics to recommend strategic actions.
• Lead cross-functional execution of promotional campaigns and launches.
• Influence go-to-market strategies with insights from promos and market trends.
• Manage promotional budgets and co-marketing funds to maximize results.
• Present strategies and investment recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through testing, analytics, and innovation in promotions.
