Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Associate on the Procurement team within the Performance Improvement CoE to deliver cost reduction and optimization solutions for clients.

You will lead procurement workstreams, analyze client data, develop dashboards, and collaborate with global teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations while maintaining high quality standards and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business or Economics; 2–4 years of experience.
• MBA or postgraduate degree with 1–3 years of experience.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English; strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement-related workstreams and manage client deliverables end-to-end.
• Analyze client financial and operational data, including P&L, ERP, budgets, supplier data.
• Develop cost optimization initiatives and procurement spend insights.
• Create dashboards and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI.
• Collaborate with BCN and global teams on proposals and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain high quality standards through rigorous reviews.
