Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking a data-driven Key Account Manager for the Mass Market channel in Mexico. You will consolidate sell-in/sell-out data, monitor forecasts, and generate reports to drive commercial decisions. Strong Excel, and BI tool skills are required, with 2–3 years FMCG experience and intermediate English.

The role focuses on data-backed insights, promotions tracking, and collaboration with Demand Planning and Sales teams to optimize stock and availability.

Qualifications

• University degree in business-related field and 2–3 years in sales analysis or demand planning (FMCG preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze sell-in and sell-out data for self-service chains and price clubs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on product performance, stock levels, and market trends.
• Monitor account-level forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments to minimize out-of-stocks or overstocks.
• Track promotions and provide ROI analysis to the sales team.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to align forecasts and ensure proper replenishment.
• Support the KAM with data, presentations, and insights for negotiations and business reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of commercial reports and insights to the KAM and channel team.
