TTI, Inc. seeks a Resource Support Representative to assist internal stakeholders with order entry, stock checks and ETA notes, while supporting Inside Sales and expanding product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 6 months in customer support, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong MS Office skills plus excellent written and verbal communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 6 months’ experience in customer support or similar role.
• Bilingual – Written & Verbal Proficiency in Spanish/English.
• Proven literacy in using application software such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
• Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Entering Customer order in express to generate order number for Inside sales review.

• Make notes about: ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantity, Approval indicator for supply constrained parts, etc.
• Expands personal product knowledge to effectively ensure personal growth opportunity.
• Requires attention to detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations.
• Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature, Suppliers’ websites, TTI University, etc.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
