Rosewood Mayakoba seeks a Hotel/Resort Manager to ensure smooth daily hotel operations and effectively represent the Managing Director with guests, owners and corporate offices according to our culture.

The role requires maintaining high standards, coordinating multiple departments, and driving the hotel’s strategic goals with the Executive Committee, while fostering hospitality excellence and a constructive work environment.

Formación

• To maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• To ensure standards remain at a superior level daily and at all times.
• To interact courteously and professionally with guests, staff and community.

Responsabilidades

• To maintain knowledge and adapt to departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• To ensure standards stay at a superior level daily and at any moment.
• To supervise and direct the departments of Food & Beverage, Room Division, Residences, Security and SPA (Boutique).
• To attend in establishing and creating goals and strategies to achieve operational and financial success of the hotel.
• To keep contact with corporative offices in the execution of corporate goals.
• As a member of the Executive Committee, work closely with other members to reach hotel goals.
