Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across our luxury dining outlets in a premier resort in Baja California Sur. You will drive outstanding guest experiences, uphold Rosewood standards, and partner with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and other departments to elevate service and financial results.

The role requires a proven leader with experience in ultraluxury settings, fluent English and Spanish, and strong organizational and financial

Formación

• Experience leading F&B operations in luxury hotels, resorts or destination dining environments.
• Proven ability to develop and coach high‑performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for guest and team communication.
• Knowledge of luxury standards (LQA, Forbes) and hygiene programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets to ensure service excellence.
• Drive guest experiences aligned with Rosewood standards and health/safety protocols.
• Manage occupancy and revenue through reservations and events planning.
• Lead, coach and develop teams with scheduling, payroll and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Sales & Marketing and other resort departments to optimize performance.
