Intugo Mexico is seeking a healthcare contact center professional to join our international team. The role focuses on handling English-speaking interactions within healthcare-related processes, including customer service and appointment scheduling.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of healthcare contact center exposure and strong English communication skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Completed Bachelor's Degree — any field of study is welcome.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Healthcare Contact Center.
• Experience with health insurance, collections, or appointment scheduling is a plus.
• Experience with healthcare-related processes and customer service.
