INTUGO in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our on-site team. You will handle inbound calls from patients, providers and healthcare consumers with professionalism and courtesy, and you will document interactions accurately in our EHR systems.

The role requires a college degree, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple computer systems. Prior healthcare or contact center experience is a plus.

Contact Center Specialist

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) services for healthcare organizations, is looking for you.

What You?ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a highly professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and manage appointments across multiple partner clinics and facilities.
• Verify consumer details, including demographics and insurance information, and accurately document all interactions in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

What You Need:

• Education: College degree completed (graduation mandate).
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Mindset: A strong customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience (Nice to Have): Previous customer service, contact center, or healthcare patient access experience; familiarity with Epic systems is an advantage.

Visible Gross Monthly Salary:

$19,500 MXN
