Samsara is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a remote role in Mexico. You will resolve complex customer issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a high-quality support experience across our IoT platform.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field, 1–3 years in support/engineering, and strong English/Spanish communication. Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and SaaS is required.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related technical field.
• 1–3 years in support, engineering, or other technical roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware & software products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class hardware and software support to customers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with Engineering and PM teams.
• Manage tickets and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Translate technical concepts into clear customer language.
