Vivant is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead a team of Project Coordinators responsible for end-to-end delivery of VoIP, ISP, and network projects. You will guide timelines, coordinate across field techs, provisioning, engineering, support, and sales, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple locations.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-facing experience, and a focus on structured execution and high-impact results, with remote collaboration across Latin America.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading, supervising, or directly guiding a team.
• Experience managing multiple projects from planning through completion.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• 1+ year of experience in Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and technical service delivery.
• Experience using project management, ticketing, CRM, and collaboration tools.
• English Level: C1 required - RESUME MUST BE IN ENGLISH

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Project Coordinators for customer implementations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP, and network deployments across multiple clients and locations.
• Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to Project Coordinators to ensure projects stay on track and customer expectations are met.
• Review project plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Project Coordinators, field technicians, provisioning, engineering, support, accounting, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer concerns, project risks, and delivery issues.
• Ensure Project Coordinators maintain proactive communication with customers and provide timely updates.
• Oversee coordination with ISPs, hardware vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and third-party technical partners.
• Monitor project health, identify risks and blockers, and ensure appropriate action is taken to keep projects moving forward.
• Standardize and improve project delivery processes, documentation, and workflows.
