Job summary

Remoto Workforce is seeking a Project Manager to oversee technical implementations in a cloud communications environment. The role supports Five9, CCaaS, UCaaS, and other telephony platforms, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to go-live across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of PM experience, strong English communication, and proven ability to manage complex technical rollouts. Location is remote in Mexico with potential transition to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing technical/software/SaaS/IT implementations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 3–5 technical implementation projects simultaneously.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Establish and track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and changes throughout the implementation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, SOWs, timelines, documentation, and action items.
• Coordinate implementation activities from kickoff through go-live and project completion.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or risks proactively.
• Ensure customer expectations and deliverables remain aligned.
• Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
