Job summary

Vivant is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead a team of Project Coordinators and oversee end-to-end delivery of VoIP, ISP, and network projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to the Project Coordinator team, manage project timelines and priorities, and serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• 1+ year of experience in Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English Level: C1 required - RESUME MUST BE IN ENGLISH

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Project Coordinators responsible for customer implementations and project delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP, and network deployments across multiple clients and locations.
• Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to Project Coordinators to ensure projects stay on track and customer expectations are met.
• Review project plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Project Coordinators, field technicians, provisioning, engineering, support, accounting, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer concerns, project risks, and delivery issues.
• Ensure Project Coordinators maintain proactive communication with customers and provide timely updates.
• Oversee coordination with ISPs, hardware vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and third-party technical partners.
