Xideral is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead telecom and software initiatives with a focus on OSS, BSS, and Core Network environments. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, timelines, and client expectations.

Remote - Mexico with a schedule of Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00, 24-32 hours per week, and 98% remote work with occasional client-site visits in Mexico City. Strong English and PMI/PMBOK knowledge are preferred.

Project Manager de Tecnología | Telecomunicaciones

We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience leading technology and telecommunications projects, particularly initiatives related to OSS, BSS, and Core Network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including technical, functional, business, and vendor teams.
• Manage requirements, change requests, schedules, deliverables, risks, incidents, and dependencies.
• Follow up on activities, agreements, commitments, and action plans.
• Prepare and present executive reports, project indicators, risks, and status updates.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, negotiations, and critical situations.
• Identify and resolve issues while maintaining operational control of the project.
• Work under Traditional, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.

You should have 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or telecommunications, including:

Location & Schedule

Remote - Mexico

Monday to Friday
09:00 - 16:00 hrs

Workload: Approximately 24-32 hours per week, depending on demand.
Work model: 98% remote, with occasional visits to the client's offices in Mexico City when required.

Immediate availability is required. Candidates should have flexibility to provide the service preferably on an hourly basis.
