Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to guide technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education partner accounts. You will drive audits, write developer-ready specs, and ensure fixes go live while building Claude-based tools to automate audits, QA, and content production.

You will work with the SEO Lead and support the Executive Director of SEO. Join to monitor GSC/GA4, prioritize issues, and scale the service with reusable systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with 3+ years in technical SEO.
• Experience across multiple sites in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, plugins, and schema.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run audits on crawlability, indexation, and structure.
• Write dev-ready specs and verify fixes.
• Build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits and QA.
• Monitor GSC and GA4 for issues.
• Ensure AI search readiness (AEO/GEO).
