Job summary

Félix is building the future of financial services for Latinos in the US with a wallet and WhatsApp-based debit card. We seek a Technical Product Manager for Wallet & Card to own the wallet infrastructure, rails, and the card program.

You will collaborate with engineering, Fraud, Finance, and partners to ensure safe, reliable, and seamless money movement. You will lead a pod, define technical roadmaps, and manage onboarding, activations, and lifecycle flows, ensuring high acceptance and low

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience with payments infrastructure or card issuing
• Deep knowledge of funding/payout rails, processors, banking partners, settlement and automated reconciliation
• Ability to evaluate infrastructure options with engineering leadership and make build-vs-partner calls
• Strong track record of owning paym ent KPIs (authorization/acceptance rates, fraud loss, funding success)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define the wallet infrastructure and rails in collaboration with engineering
• Oversee money-in/money-out rails, ensure high transaction success and robust reconciliation
• Own the card program operations: authorization, tokenization, disputes, and network rules
• Collaborate with Fraud, Finance and partners to protect users while minimizing friction
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, on-chain flows, and real-time authorizations, including SQL data queries
• Manage card lifecycle: issuance, activation, provisioning, freezing, replacement
• Partner with infrastructure, banking, processors, and card networks to deliver solutions
• Lead pod roadmap and communicate progress to leadership with impact metrics
