Job summary

Félix is building the future of fintech for Latinos in the US. As Product Manager for Wallet Experience, you own the wallet's feel—dashboard, WhatsApp flows, and how the account, card, and rewards come together into one cohesive experience.

You will lead a pod, partner with engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and ops, and stay close to users through weekly research and fast iteration. This role offers a fully remote model now, with a path to a hybrid setup in the future.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management with extreme ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience simplifying complex fintech products into intuitive user experiences.
• Proven funnel ownership with metrics (acquisition, activation, retention).
• Hands-on user research experience with a sharp point of view on experience quality.
• Exceptional ability to align multi-disciplinary teams toward a single outcome.
• Strong API, data flow understanding and ability to run simple SQL queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the Wallet Experience: define and ship the dashboard, WhatsApp flows, and the multi-surface journey.
• Simplify stablecoin-backed, non-custodial infrastructure to feel like a regular bank balance.
• Design the funding and withdrawal experience in collaboration with the Technical Product Manager.
• Lead the pod: roadmap, strategy, and priorities with eng and design.
• Stay close to users: weekly talks, research, and turning insights into product decisions.
• Experiment relentlessly: hypotheses, experiments, measure results, and ship what works.
• Drive usage across the organization and identify opportunities beyond your surface.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, fraud, compliance, operations, and marketing.
