Clip in Mexico is seeking a Financial Services Product Manager to own the wallet-side experience for digital financial products. You will guide how core services surface, are offered, and used daily, leading cross-functional collaboration with credit, risk, and international tech partners.

You will define success metrics, and drive a growth engine for wallet monetization, balancing regulatory requirements with customer experience across time zones.

Formación

• 3+ years in product management for consumer-facing digital financial products.
• Fintech, Payments or Lending/BNPL experience preferred with wallet/credit focus.
• Strong technical and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with consumer credit mechanics and agile delivery.
• Experience collaborating across international teams and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, English/Spanish bilingual.

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Services Product Manager to own and transform the wallet-side experience for digital financial products in Mi Clip, our consumer fintech wallet.

In this role, you will define how core financial products surface, are offered, and are used daily. You’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for wallet touchpoints, from initial entry points and offer presentation to disbursement and seamless repayment, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in credit, risk, compliance, and international tech partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Wallet Journey: Design and refine the end-to-end wallet-side experience for credit and BNPL, ensuring intuitive entry points, clear offer displays, and smooth repayment flows.
• Drive Integration & Alignment: Manage the integration seam between Mi Clip and core financial services teams, maintaining seamless data flow across underwriting, onboarding, and collections.
• Build the Growth Engine: Develop the credit-to-balance flywheel (spend, repay, re-engage) as a key engine for customer retention and wallet monetization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with specialized Product Managers in risk, data, and compliance to deliver cohesive, compliant, and regulatory-sound experiences within the IFPE wallet.
• Define Success Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators including offer conversion, engagement rates, balance usage, and user retention.
• Global Collaboration: Work effectively with international technology and product partners across multiple time zones to align product evolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• PM Experience: 3+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing digital financial products in tech companies.
• Fintech Expertise: Proven track record in Fintech, Payments, or Lending/BNPL, with strong preference for digital wallet or credit experience.
• Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding to work closely with engineering teams on complex integrations, paired with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer credit mechanics (underwriting, disbursement, repayment) and agile delivery environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience building across integration seams with partner teams and collaborating across international time zones.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bilingual Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
