Clip in Mexico is seeking a Financial Services Product Manager to own the wallet-side experience for digital financial products. You will guide how core services surface, are offered, and used daily, leading cross-functional collaboration with credit, risk, and international tech partners.

You will define success metrics, and drive a growth engine for wallet monetization, balancing regulatory requirements with customer experience across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management for consumer-facing digital financial products.
• Fintech, Payments or Lending/BNPL experience preferred with wallet/credit focus.
• Strong technical and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with consumer credit mechanics and agile delivery.
• Experience collaborating across international teams and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, English/Spanish bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Own and transform the wallet-side experience for credit and BNPL.
• Define surface, offers, and daily usage across wallet touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from entry to repayment.
• Collaborate with risk, data, compliance and tech partners globally.
• Establish KPIs: offer conversion, engagement, balance, retention.
• Coordinate with international teams across time zones.
