Jobgether is seeking a Technical Operations Lead based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end technical operations, turning problems into scalable systems and automations across CRM, reporting, and integrations.

You will work autonomously with limited supervision, collaborating with sales, operations, and leadership to ship practical solutions and embed new processes into daily work.

Formación

• Experience building operational systems, workflows, automations, or internal tools used by teams.
• Hands-on HubSpot beyond admin: workflows, integrations, CRM architecture, automation.
• Can translate problems into working systems without detailed specs.
• Code writing, debugging, and AI-assisted development experience.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows in production.
• Strong systems thinking and problem solving for scalable solutions.
• Familiar with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier and APIs.
• Knowledge of tools like Claude, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Looker, Vercel is helpful.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar tech independently.
• Excellent project ownership and async communication.
• Able to work with limited supervision and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical operations projects from identification to adoption and improvement.
• Turn business problems into practical systems and automations without full specs.
• Migrate and standardize meeting-booking and site forms via HubSpot.
• Architect HubSpot CRM structures for scalable reporting and workflows.
• Integrate Google Search Console, GA4, Merchant Center with AI tools for analytics.
• Automate repetitive processes across client management and sales.
• Improve lead-gen and email workflows focusing on outcomes and impact.
• Systematize content audits and ensure quality in repeatable workflows.
• Manage and improve an internal product's systems and effectiveness.
• Write, test, and debug code when needed using AI-assisted tools.
• Document systems and workflows for maintainability and transfer.
• Drive adoption with stakeholders after implementation.
• Diagnose incorrect or incomplete system outputs and fix root causes.
• Identify where automation can yield durable improvements.
