DoorDash Mexico is seeking a Team Lead, Autonomy Tech Support in CDMX to guide the day-to-day operations of the Autonomy Tech Support team and drive technical excellence. You will mentor ATS Specialists, manage workloads, and partner with Engineering and Operations to scale the autonomous fleet.

You will lead troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation processes, while championing AI adoption and cross-functional collaboration across US-based and local teams.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software and hardware.
• Ability to coach and develop team members with regular feedback.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to collaborate with US-based teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day execution of the CDMX ATS team, including coverage, workload, and priorities.
• Coach and develop ATS Specialists through regular feedback and hands-on support.
• Maintain high standards for troubleshooting, escalation quality, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary leadership escalation point for complex issues in CDMX.
• Lead AI adoption and integration within the team to improve workflows and efficiency.
