Growth Protocol is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to collaborate directly with clients, tackling their growth challenges through AI-powered workflows. This role requires strong technical capabilities and client engagement skills, with a focus on end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in AI/ML applications. This position will initially be fully remote until the Mexico City office opens in fall 2026, at which point it will transition to a hybrid schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years in a hybrid technical + client-facing role.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workflows or intelligent applications.
• Strong coding background in Python and familiarity with GCP, Docker, FastAPI, and more.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise engagements.
• Embed with client teams to scope high-value workflows.
• Act as the technical counterpart during onboarding and proof-of-value phases.
