AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own the data pipeline and analytical architecture for a large-volume marketing analytics platform.

You will steer partitioning, file formats, schema design, and near-real-time processing for OLAP workloads on an S3-backed lake, and guide a team of senior developers while maintaining code quality. You will architect DAG-based orchestration with Airflow, drive the AWS data stack (Athena, EKS) and partner with DevOps to define requirements.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience in data roles.
• Hands-on with OLAP architectures and data lakes.
• Strong design of ETL pipelines and data orchestration.
• Experience with Airflow and AWS data stack is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own ETL pipelines end-to-end for large-scale data.
• Make architectural calls on partitioning, formats, and near real‑time processing for OLAP workloads.
• Design and govern DAG-based workflows and Airflow orchestration.
• Drive AWS data stack usage and partner with DevOps to meet requirements.
• Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• Lead senior developers and set engineering practices.
