- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership roles.
- Experience designing and building enterprise-grade applications in distributed microservices architectures.
- Hands-on Java development and modern backend frameworks.
Responsabilidades
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable microservices.
- Define technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Review designs, code, and solutions for scalability and quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering management, and cross-functional teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery for key initiatives.
