HCLTech in Mexico is seeking a Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in a dynamic engineering team.

You will work with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices, ensuring robust data handling with SQL/NoSQL databases, and participate in CI/CD and Agile practices while improving overall system performance. Proactive collaboration with product and QA, mentoring juniors, and contributing to architecture decisions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
