Spin in Mexico seeks a seasoned software architect to lead design, development, and implementation of scalable technology solutions that align with strategic goals. You will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive best practices across teams to deliver high-impact, reliable systems.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business leaders to define technical roadmaps and ensure solutions meet user expectations while maintaining security and performance standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of software development experience with scalable, high-performance apps.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of containerized microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and testing tools in real projects.
• Ability to influence architectural strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of TDD/ATDD/BDD practices and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical guidance to squads, ensuring high-quality development.
• Define technical solutions with product managers to meet roadmaps and user needs.
• Lead design and development of complex, scalable software architectures.
• Influence long-term technology strategy and architectural priorities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and business.
• Mentor both junior and senior engineers to boost team capabilities.
• Advocate for best practices: TDD, CI/CD, and secure coding.
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and optimize post-implementation outcomes.
• Develop tools and automation to streamline deployment and ops.
• Collaborate with SRE to optimize infrastructure and SLA adherence.
• Promote autonomous work culture and Spin's values in the team.
