This is a detail-driven role where your analysis shapes hiring standards and drives improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Audit candidate calls, screenings, emails, and workflows end-to-end.
• Identify performance gaps and risk patterns with high accuracy.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to stakeholders to drive improvements.
