• Experience with individual performance KPIs and operational metrics.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, trends, outliers, and performance metrics.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate, validate, and maintain performance dashboards.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Define and track KPIs for Talent Acquisition roles.
