BairesDev, a global technology team, is seeking a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will coordinate flights, accommodations, visas, and related services while ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

This 100% remote role offers compensation in USD or your local currency, plus hardware/software for home work, paid leaves and holidays, and opportunities to collaborate with a global Top 1% of talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
• 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilités

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and many other services according to requirements and budget needs.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the rules and regulations regarding various travel methods and requirements, including passport and visa laws, travel regulations of governments in many destinations, and tariffs.
• Lead visa strategy executions, arrange and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.
• Document and update processes of the area while taking ownership and proposing improvements.
