Job summary

SGX, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Talent Programs Coordinator to support global Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Experience initiatives across Propelis. You will partner with US/Global HR Leadership and act as a bridge between HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Training, Capacity Building, Talent Development, L&D, or HR Program Coordination.
• Fluent / Advanced Business English (C1/C2) is required for daily alignment with US/Global leaders.
• Must be a Mexican Citizen or Permanent Resident currently living in Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Direct experience or exposure to Graphic Arts, Prepress, Packaging Graphics, Printing, or IT/Tech Shared Services is preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for dashboards) and familiarity with HR/LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Talent Program Execution & Governance: support global talent initiatives, workshops, and milestones across regions.
• Performance Management: assist with annual PDR processes, communications, and tracking metrics.
• Learning & Content Creation: design and edit decks and training content for development programs.
• Early Career & Internship Programs: oversee internship and Emerging Talent activities, onboarding, surveys, and metrics.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Support: assist with onboarding, offboarding surveys, and reporting.
• Reporting & HR Analytics: prepare dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy across initiatives.
