Weatherford is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will identify, engage, and hire top talent across departments, delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from your home office.

In this remote-first role, you will build strong candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and optimize full-cycle recruiting using modern sourcing tools to drive the company’s growth and success.

Formación

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably remote.
• Proven use of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
